Kalendo guide
Finding an event again
The «Search events…» field is in the middle of the top bar, on the «Calendar» page. Type a word from the title: the results appear in a dropdown under the field as you type, each with its date; click one and the calendar moves there and opens it.
Next to the field there is the calendars dropdown, on «All calendars»: the search also looks in the ones switched off in the view, unless you pick one.
If you cannot find it
- An event without a title appears as «(untitled)»: it is not found by name, it is found by date.
- «No events found» with a word you are sure is there: try a single, shorter word. The search looks at the title, not at every line of the description.
- If the event is on a calendar someone stopped sharing with you, it is no longer there: it was not deleted, it left your calendars.
When you roughly know when
Sometimes changing view is quicker: the «Agenda» tab at the top lists appointments one under the other, and in its bar «Jump to month…» takes you straight to the right period. Or click the day in the mini-calendar at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
On a phone the search is the «Search» item of the bottom bar.
