Giving out the booking page link

In the left-hand menu «Bookings»: every page is a card in the list, with on the right a row of icons — «Copy public link», «Edit», «Preview», «Share», «Deactivate», «Delete».

The quick way: the «Copy public link» icon puts the link on the clipboard; paste it wherever you want — email, signature, message.

For the website: the «Share» icon opens the «Share your booking page» window, with two tabs:

  • «Link»«Copy link», the same as before.
  • «Embed on website» — choose «Button with popup» (the guest clicks and the page opens over the site) or «Embedded booking page» (inside the site), then «Copy code» and pass it to whoever looks after the site.

With the «Preview» icon you see the page exactly as the guest sees it, in a new tab. It is worth looking at it before sending the link to a customer.

Stopping bookings

The «Deactivate» icon: the link stays but no longer accepts appointments, and the «Deactivated» badge appears on the card. To reopen, the same icon becomes «Activate». It is the right way for a pause — unlike «Delete», which also takes away the bookings already made (the confirmation says so).

A note only for you

In the page’s first step there is «Internal note (optional)»: a reminder only you see, on the card in the list under «Internal note». Visitors never see it.
