Kalendo guide
Fitting Kalendo to your days
These settings are in the «Control centre» (the button at the bottom of the left-hand menu) → «Settings» → «General» tab. They are four boxes, and at the bottom of the page there is «Save»: changes do not apply by themselves.
- «Default calendar» — the one proposed when you create an event or a task (and for meetings created in kMeeting).
- «Work week» — which days appear in the «Work week» view of the top bar. If you do not work on Fridays, remove it and stop looking at it.
- «Working hours» — «From» and «To». It hides nothing: it scrolls the calendar straight to your start time, instead of opening at midnight.
- «Display» — «Hide completed tasks from the calendar»: what you have already done disappears from the grid.
Colours, theme and text
Still in the Control centre, the «Preferences» item → «Appearance» is where you choose the light or dark theme; «Accessibility» gathers the settings for reading more comfortably.
Preferences apply to all Kamzan products: changing them here changes them everywhere.
