Linking an event to customer, project and activity

In the event’s small window, towards the bottom, there is the row «Link to client, project and activity». Click it: three dropdowns appear — the «Client», the project (and possibly the sub-project) and the activity. In the big window («More options») the same row sits further down, under the description.

It serves one purpose only, but an important one: the hours arising from that event are charged there. Customer, project and activity are not calendar labels — they are the shared records of the whole ecosystem, the same ones seen in Klokka.

If you do not need the link, leave «No client», «No project», «No activity».

If it asks you to change activity

When the topic you chose has its own default activity and you had already set another one, the «Change activity?» window opens with two buttons: keep yours or use the topic’s. Neither answer breaks anything.
