Who uses Flow and what they can do

To manage users you need to open «Control center», under the left-hand menu, and then «User management» in the window’s column. At the top there are three tabs: «Users», «User typologies», «User fields».

People aren’t born here: they’re created in Kamzan Account, one account for all products. Here you decide what they can do inside Flow.

Adding and changing

In the «Users» tab, «Add user» at the top right opens the guided path: who they are, which typology, and — if they’re a coordinator — which companies. On each row the icons: «Edit», «Assign typology» (or «Edit typology»), «Assigned companies» for coordinators, «Suspend» / «Reactivate», «Remove access to the product».

Typologies are the privilege presets: in the «User typologies» tab you read them and create new ones.

The four ways of being in Flow

It’s not a scale from less to more: they’re different jobs, and it’s best to choose them like this.

• Whoever organises — «Gestione template flussi» and «Gestione raccolte e richieste»: builds the forms and opens the files.
• Whoever only follows their own — «Solo raccolte assegnate (Responsabile)»: sees the collections they’ve been given, not the others.
• Whoever checks — «Accesso modulo validazione» and «Valida documenti»: has the validation dashboard and decides file by file.
• Whoever coordinates or whoever uploads — «Coordinatore», «Caricatore interno»: has their own screen and nothing else.

Alongside, the privileges granted separately because they trigger an email in the company’s name: «Gestione partecipanti» and «Risposta domande».

Two barriers you’ll run into

You can’t edit your own user — that’s managed in Kamzan Account — and at least one active administrator must remain.

If a colleague can’t do something

Look here before hunting for a fault: almost always the button is missing because the privilege is off.

⚠️ But the privilege isn’t always enough. Validation, coordination, internal uploader, analytics and portal are also extensions, switched on for the whole company: if the extension is off, the corresponding privilege doesn’t even appear in the list. In that case the request goes to whoever administers Kamzan, not to you.
