Participants

Participants are the people you’re asking for documents. You add them in the last step of the request, «Participants», and at any time afterwards from the collection’s management.

Three ways to add them

In the request’s «Participants» step:

  • by searching the directory in the «Search contact or type email…» field, which looks among the «Company contacts» of the linked company and the «Personal contacts»;
  • by hand, with «Add manually»: email, first and last name;
  • in bulk, with «Import CSV». The format is written right under it, «Required CSV format»: «First row: header with the columns email, nome, cognome (required). Optional: azienda, telefono.» and «Separator: comma or semicolon. Example:»; you upload a file «or paste below».

Whoever has a Kamzan user carries a green dot «Has access to the platform»: they get in from the product instead of from the link.

If you type a new address you’re asked «Add to the company?»«Yes, add to the company» or «No, only to the request»: it’s the moment the directory fills up by itself.

Adding them later, and everything else

To manage the participants of a collection that’s already active you need to:

  1. from «Flows», on the collection’s row, press the «Management» gear on the right: the «Activation details» window opens, with the sections in a column on the left;
  2. open «Loading» and, at the top, the «Participants» tab;
  3. to add one, press «Add»: the «Manage participants» window opens, with «Add manually» and «Import from CSV» as in the request.

On every row of the list there are the icons: «Copy link» (that person’s upload link), «Resend email», «Send reminder», «Manage access» (which sections they reach), «Preview as this participant», and «Remove participant» — which asks for a second click: «Click again to confirm». Documents already uploaded stay in the collection.

⚠️ The language applies to the emails, not the documents

Each participant has their own language — on the row there’s «Language: default» until you change it with a click. It applies to the emails we write to that person: the content of the collection — document names, sections, notes — stays in the language you wrote it in. Writing “Carta d’identità” stays “Carta d’identità” even for a German participant.

If you can’t find «Add»

You need the «Gestione partecipanti» privilege — separate from the one on collections, because adding a person means sending them an email in the company’s name. Ask whoever manages Flow’s users. On a phone there’s no management: it’s done from a computer.
