Flow guide
The participants' portal
A participant receives a link for each request. If the requests are many — a supplier who uploads every quarter, a client with five open files — the links become unmanageable.
The portal is the answer: a single address where they find «All the flows assigned to you», with the state of each — «To start», «In progress», «Completed», «To re-upload», «Expired» — and a click opens the flow.
How you get in
The participant opens the portal link and reads «Sign in to the portal»: they
type their address in «Your email» and press «Continue». They receive
a six-digit code — «We have sent a code to
Where the link is, and how to switch it on
To switch the portal on and send the link you need to:
- open «Control center», under the left-hand menu;
- in «Settings», open the «Portal» tab at the top;
- switch on «Participant portal»;
- press «Copy portal link» to have it on the clipboard, or «Send link»: «Participants with active flows» opens, and for each person you can choose «Send via email», «Send on WhatsApp» or «Send on Telegram».
Underneath there’s also «Overview cards»: when on, the count boxes by state appear at the top of the portal, clickable as filters.
If they read «Portal not available»
«The participant portal is not active for this organisation.» — either the switch above is off, or the Portale Partecipanti extension is missing, which is asked of whoever administers Kamzan. The single links keep working: the portal is an extra, not a prerequisite.
«Invalid link» is something else: the link is missing the organisation, it needs copying again from «Copy portal link».
