Notika's settings

In the «Control centre» (the button at the bottom of the left-hand menu) the «Settings» item, with three tabs at the top: «Trash», «Sharing», «Limits». At the top you read «Changes save themselves.»: there is no Save button.

• «Trash» tab — «Days kept in the bin»: «After these days, binned notes are deleted permanently.»
• «Sharing» tab — «Sharing between users», with the choice «Allowed» or «Disabled». ⚠️ «When off, nobody can share notes or folders. Existing shares stay.» In the same tab, if voice notes are on, «Keep the audio after transcription»: «Keep the audio» or «Delete the audio».
• «Limits» tab — «Maximum notes per user» («0 = no limit.») and, below, «Storage».

Space

«Storage» says how much is used. «Images and voice notes inside your notes count towards this. Space you free up is available straight away.» When it runs out you read «Storage full: free up space or request an increase.»

If you cannot find the item

«Settings» in the Control centre only appears with the user typology capability «Configurazione»: without it, the item is not there.
